Made Homemade Pizza Last Night
Tried making pizza dough from scratch for the first time. Let it rise for like 8 hours like the internet said. It actually worked. Stretched it out, added sauce and cheese and toppings, baked it in the oven. Was it restaurant quality? No. But it was pretty good and my kids loved making their own pizzas with whatever toppings they wanted. Definitely doing this again. Way cheaper than ordering out too.
How did it turn out? I tried making dough once and totally botched it but hearing about people doing it right makes me think I should give it another shot.
