Making homemade pizza from scratch every Friday now - kids actually eat vegetables
Started doing this about a month ago because my kids refuse to eat normal dinners. I let them help make the dough, choose toppings, everything. Now they're eating pizza loaded with peppers, spinach, whatever. They think it's a game. Wife thinks I've lost it spending 2 hours on a meal but the kitchen is trashed and the kids are happy so honestly whatever. My 6yo actually asked for broccoli on his pizza last week. That's a win in my book. Thinking about doing homemade pasta night next. Send help and recipes.
The veggie thing is real. Getting them involved in making the food is like a cheat code. My kids are the same way - they'll refuse broccoli on a regular plate but homemade pizza with veggies on top? Game over, they love it.
