Making homemade pizza with the kids tomorrow

Gonna try making dough from scratch Saturday and let the kids pick their own toppings. My 8yo wants pineapple and pepperoni which is a crime but whatever. My 5yo wants just cheese which is boring but at least easy. Anyone have a good pizza dough recipe that isn't too complicated? Want to make it fun not stressful.

Homemade pizza from scratch is such a win with the kids. And hey, pineapple and pepperoni is his pizza, let him own it. Mine would probably put gummy bears on there if I let them.

That's a fun Saturday right there. Making dough from scratch teaches them so much, and they'll be way more into it if they picked the toppings themselves. Even the weird combinations taste better when they made them.
