Meal prepping Sunday for the week, need recipe ideas
Want to do something different than chicken and rice for once. Thinking ground beef or pork based stuff that reheats well. Need to feed a family so nothing too fancy. Looking for like 3-4 different meals that I can batch cook and portion out. What do you guys make that stays good in the fridge for 4-5 days?
I do pulled pork all the time for meal prep. Throw it in the slow cooker Saturday morning and you've got protein for basically any meal you want the next week. Plus my kids actually eat it.
Pork shoulder is your friend. Cheap, feeds a ton of people, and reheats great. Season it good and you don't need much else. I usually do 6-8 servings from one shoulder.
