New to camping - tent recommendations?

We're renting a cabin in Tahoe in 3 weeks and I wanna do some car camping nearby with the kids (ages 7, 9, 11). Need an actual tent though - something that fits 5 people and won't be a nightmare to set up.

Looking at Coleman and REI brands mostly. Anyone have strong opinions? Want something that'll last more than one season but not trying to spend $800.
