So I built a wood fired pizza oven from a kit over 3 weekends. It's not perfect but it makes incredible pizza. We've had friends over twice already. My wife thought I was crazy but now she's a fan. Cost more than I expected. Still totally worth it for family nights. Anyone else have one? Best toppings?
How hot does yours get? I've been eyeing those kits but want to make sure it actually works for more than just pizza. Bread, roasted veggies, the whole deal?
Three weekends well spent. There's something special about making pizza at home that the kids actually want to eat. Post pics if you get a chance!
Dude yes. Nothing fancy needed. We did something similar and now every Friday night is pizza night. Total family activity.
