Redid the bathroom vanity myself and saved like 800 bucks
YouTube university baby. Watched a bunch of videos and ripped out the old vanity, installed plumbing and tile work. It's not perfect but it looks a million times better than the weird particle board thing that was falling apart. Wife is happy and I learned something new. Only mistake was cutting one of the pipes too short but second attempt worked. Would definitely tackle another bathroom project.
That's awesome man. I've been eyeing my bathroom for months but the plumbing part terrifies me. What were the trickiest parts? Did you have to deal with the p-trap under the sink or was it mostly straightforward?
