Smoked a 16lb brisket for the first time

Spent 14 hours yesterday smoking my first brisket and wow, why did nobody tell me how hard this is? It was dry in some spots and perfect in others. I think I didn't wrap it right halfway through. But my kids loved it and that's what matters. Gonna try again next month with some adjustments.
