Smoked a brisket for 14 hours and it was absolutely perfect

Started at 4am, wrapped it in foil at the stall, let it rest for 45 mins. Neighbors came over and even my picky eater tried it. Best part was seeing their faces when I sliced into it and it just fell apart. Might be doing this every other weekend now. Anyone else get addicted to smoking meat?
