Smoked a brisket for 14 hours and my family thinks I'm a genius

Got the new offset smoker last month and finally had time to do it right this past Saturday. Bought a nice 13 pound brisket and went low and slow from midnight to 2pm. Wrapped it in foil around the stall, let it rest, sliced it up thin. My wife said it was the best bbq I've ever made. Now everybody wants me to smoke stuff every weekend. No complaints here.
