Smoked a brisket for 14 hours and nailed it first try

Never smoked meat before but picked up a cheap offset smoker at a pawn shop. Watched like 20 different videos, bought a meat thermometer, and committed to the process. Started at 6am Saturday, kept the temp steady around 225-250, wrapped it in foil after 8 hours. Pulled it at 8pm with perfect pink smoke ring and it melted in your mouth. My neighbors are now asking when I'm doing it again lol

Smoked brisket is a whole different level of dad cooking. I'm still on the grilling phase but man this makes me want to jump to the next tier. How much did that offset smoker set you back?
