Smoked a brisket for 14 hours yesterday

First time doing this and I was nervous as hell. Set up the offset smoker at 5am, kept it steady at 225 degrees, wrapped at the stall around hour 8. Pulled it off at 7:20pm and it was perfect. Bark was incredible, juice was still there, sliced clean. Had about 15 people over and it was gone in an hour. Already planning the next one. Any tips for keeping it moist if I try ribs next?

14 hours is legit. First brisket is always stressful but sounds like you nailed it. Did you wrap it or let it ride the whole time? I'm scared to try smoking anything that long.
Offset smokers are beasts once you get them dialed in. The whole neighborhood must have smelled incredible. Did the family help eat it or did you have a gathering?
