Smoking a brisket for 14 hours straight tomorrow wish me luck
Got a 15lb brisket sitting in the fridge right now. Starting at 5am tomorrow. Never done one this big before. Did a bunch of YouTube videos last night and I'm either about to nail this or burn through 20 pounds of charcoal for nothing. My buddy said to just keep the temp at 225 and stop opening the smoker every 10 minutes which is apparently my biggest problem. Wish me luck boys I'll update tomorrow.
