Smoking a brisket for 14 hours tomorrow

Got a 12 pounder from Costco and I'm going full competition mode. Setting my alarm for 5am to get it on the smoker. Wife thinks I'm insane but the payoff is always worth it. She'll be singing a different tune when everyone's eating it. First time using the new offset smoker so definitely nervous but pumped.
