Tackling the basement renovation project

We want to turn the unfinished half into a playroom for the kids so they have somewhere to go during the winter. Already cleared everything out and patched the walls. Next step is figuring out flooring and paint. It's going to be a slow burn project since I can only work on weekends but I'm thinking we could be mostly done in 2 months. First time doing something this big so I'm equal parts excited and terrified.
