Looking for a solid 1-2 hour hike for my 4 and 7 year old. Heard Rattlesnake Ledge is good for families but want to know if it's actually stroller-friendly or if that's just marketing BS. We did Snoqualmie Falls last month and that went well. Thoughts?
Such a good hike for family stuff. Parking can be rough on weekends. Try to go early if you can.
Did it with my kids a couple years ago. The 7yo had no problem but the 4yo needed a lot of breaks on the way up. Still doable though. Bring way more water than you think you need.
Rattlesnake Ledge is perfect for that age range. The views at the top are insane and it's not too brutal. Fair warning though, it gets busy on weekends especially if the weather's nice.
I love Rattlesnake Ledge but honestly if you're looking for something slightly easier, Tiger Mountain has a good 1 hour loop that might work better for a 4yo. Just a thought.

There's a small waterfall section about halfway up that my kids loved. Made them less grumpy about the steep parts. Highly recommend stopping there for a snack break.
Good choice. Be prepared for the 4yo to completely run out of energy at mile marker 0.8 though. Carry a backup snack strategy.
