What's everyone cooking this weekend?

Planning to do a full breakfast from scratch tomorrow since wife let me sleep in last weekend so I owe her. Thinking pancakes, eggs, bacon, the works. Kids love helping with the cooking part so I'll let them mess with the batter. Anyone have a good pancake recipe that isn't too complicated? Mine always come out rubbery for some reason. Also considering pulled pork in the slow cooker for Sunday but that feels like cheating for a weekend mission lol.

From scratch breakfast is the way to go. Throw the kids in the kitchen and make it a thing. Even if it's chaotic the memories are worth it. What's on the menu?

Nice that your wife is letting you take the breakfast lead. I'm doing a pancake situation this weekend with fresh berries and the kids always get involved in the flipping. Nothing fancy but it's fun to do together.
