Anyone using Slack's Focus time feature? Game changer
Quick recommendation: if your workplace uses Slack, set up "Focus time" blocks where you're unavailable. I block 9-11am and 2-4pm so I can actually do deep work without 50 Slack messages. Then I'm "on" during other hours. My team respects it way more than I expected. Productivity is up like 40% which means I can actually leave at 5pm instead of staying til 6:30 trying to catch up. Less stressed = better dad when I get home.
This is solid advice. The 9-11am and 2-4pm blocks are prime deep work hours too. I might steal this.
