Apps/tools for managing work stress while parenting?

Looking for recommendations on apps or tools that help manage the mental load. I use Asana for work projects but everything else is chaos - calendars, mental health stuff, trying to plan when I can actually exercise. My therapist suggested time-blocking but I'm not sure what app to use. Someone mentioned Toggl for time tracking? Also interested in meditation apps that aren't super woo-woo - my wife uses Headspace but I need something more straightforward. What do you guys actually use and keep using?
