Back to office 3 days a week and I'm losing it
Been remote for 2 years and now my company wants us back in the office Tuesday through Thursday. My youngest just started kindergarten and the logistics are insane. Wife works too so we're scrambling with pickup times and daycare. The commute alone kills 90 minutes of my day. I feel like I'm not present for my kids OR my job anymore. Anyone else dealing with this forced return? How did you make it work?
Two years of remote work changes you. The routine of the office feels foreign now even though you used to do it all the time. That's rough. How are the kids handling the shift back?
