Back to office 3 days a week and I'm losing it

My company just announced we're going back to 3 days in office starting next month. I've been fully remote for 2 years and my kids have gotten used to me being home. My 6 year old cried when I told him. I know I need to suck it up but man, the commute, the gas money, the logistics of daycare pickup... anyone else dealing with this transition? How do you handle the guilt?
