Back to the office after 2 months WFH and I'm dreading it

Company is making everyone come in 3 days a week starting next month. I've been remote since January and honestly forgot what an office commute was like. Gas prices are killing me, plus I miss having lunch with my kids and being there when they get home from school. My boss says it's about 'company culture' but I feel like we've been just fine communicating over Slack for the past 2 months. Anyone else dealing with this? How are you handling the adjustment?

That's a tough adjustment after getting comfortable with WFH. The silver lining is you still get four days at home, which is better than full time at least. Just gotta rebuild that commute routine.

Three days a week is rough when you've gotten used to being home. The commute time alone is gonna kill your schedule. Have you thought about using some of that office time to batch your tasks so you're more efficient?
