Best productivity app for actually blocking time for family stuff?

I've tried Google Calendar blocking, Toggl, RescueTime, all that stuff. The problem is I block the time but then something "urgent" comes up and I move it anyway.

Looking for something that either:

• Makes it genuinely hard to override family time blocks
• Or sends my wife a notification if I delete them (accountability lol)
• Or has some other mechanism to keep me honest

Anyone found something that actually works?
