Can't stop thinking about work during soccer games

My kid's soccer game was yesterday and I was there physically but my brain was completely at work dealing with some project drama. My daughter scored a goal and I almost missed it because I was looking at my phone. How do you guys actually disconnect? Feel like a failure right now.
