Career pivot after having kids - any regrets?

I'm thinking about leaving finance to do something less demanding. Currently at a big bank in NYC doing 60+ hour weeks (before kids this was fine, now my 2yo and newborn are home with a nanny while I'm pulling all-nighters during close season).
Had a solid offer from a smaller fintech company - better hours, remote friendly, only 20% less money. Seems like the obvious choice but I'm second-guessing. Finance has been my whole identity for 15 years. Would I regret not pushing for partner? Is this just a phase or a real sign to change?
Looking for honest takes from anyone who's made a similar move.
