Career stalled since kids, is it worth it?

I turned down a promotion two years ago because it required 60+ hour weeks and more travel. I was going to miss too much with my family. Fast forward to now and I'm watching colleagues I started with get ahead while I stay in the same role. My paycheck has barely moved. I love my kids and I don't regret the choice, but some days I wonder if I made a mistake career-wise. Other dads been through this? Do you find ways to progress or did you just accept this is the trade-off?
