Career vs Family - the decision I've been avoiding

Real talk: I have an opportunity to take a director role at a competitor. Significant bump in title, pay, and resume building. But it's at a company known for aggressive hours culture. I'd probably see my kids (5yo, 3yo) for maybe 15 minutes before bed on weekdays. My wife would be solo parenting basically. Five years ago I would've jumped on this. But now? I genuinely don't know. Part of me wants that achievement. Part of me knows I'd regret it. How did other people navigate this decision? Do you regret taking big career moves? Or regret NOT taking them?
