Got offered a promotion that basically requires me to be in the office 4 days a week instead of the 2 days I do now. More money is great but I just got into a good rhythm. Daycare costs would go up, miss my kids more, but my career would actually move forward. Wife says it's my call but I know she's hoping I stay remote. Anyone else been in this spot?
