Finally got my company to approve 4-day weeks—here's what I learned

Took 8 months of emails and conversations but they approved a Mon-Thu schedule starting next month. Tips if you're thinking about pitching this:

• Show the math: my productivity actually went UP when I'm not exhausted
• Propose a 3-month trial, not permanent
• Have a coverage plan for Fridays
• Don't apologize for wanting this
