After two years of negotiating with my company I got approval to work from home full time. First week is wild. I'm getting more work done somehow, not spending an hour commuting, and I can actually eat lunch with my kids instead of at my desk. The trade off is I'm always "on" and the line between work and home is basically gone, but man being able to help get the kids ready for school in the morning instead of rushing out the door. Anyone else remote and have tips for actually disconnecting at 5?
