Finally took paternity leave and it was the best decision

Just got back to work after 6 weeks with my newborn (baby #2) and honestly I'm already missing it. The first few weeks were chaotic - mom was freaking out, I had no idea what I was doing with the feeding schedules - but by week 4 I actually felt like I knew my daughter. Went back to the office yesterday and it hit me that I'm going to miss so much. To the dads who are about to take paternity leave: take it. Even if your company culture makes it feel weird. It's worth it.
