Found a job that actually lets me be a dad too

Switched companies six months ago to a place that actually respects remote work and flexible hours. I can take my son to his 10am dentist appointment without explaining myself. Can log back on at 7pm if I need to. Nobody questions it. Productivity is somehow way up because I'm not stressed about missing everything. Took a small pay cut but honestly it's the best career move I ever made because my mental health is actually good now.
