Got offered a promotion but it means more travel. Should I take it?

Been with my company for 5 years and finally got a shot at moving up. Salary would jump significantly which would help a lot. But the role involves traveling 2-3 weeks a month. My youngest is only 4 and my oldest has school stuff coming up. I keep telling myself the money would be worth it but my gut is saying no. Anyone been in this position? Is there a right answer here or does every dad just feel guilty no matter what?
