Got promoted but the pay raise doesn't feel worth it

They want me to manage a team now which means more meetings and probably longer hours. The raise is like 8 percent which after taxes is barely noticeable. My oldest is only 7 and I feel like I'm already missing so much. Is climbing the ladder even worth it anymore or am I just chasing something stupid?
