How do you all handle the 6am wake ups before work?
My 4 year old is up at 5:45am no matter what time he goes to bed. I'm trying to get to the gym before work to stay sane but I'm either waking up at 4:30 to fit it in or I'm just skipping it. The kids are up so early that by the time I log on at 8 I already feel like I've worked a full day. How are you guys managing this? Coffee can only do so much.
Four kids here and trust me, 5:45am is actually not that bad. You get used to it fast. I'd say don't fight the wake up time, just adjust your whole schedule around it.
