How do you handle stress from both sides?
Some days I feel like I'm failing at both. Work is demanding, new management is intense, and I'm expected to be fully present at home for my three kids. By the time I get home I'm drained and my kids need me and my wife needs a break. I snap at the smallest things. I feel guilty about work when I'm home and guilty about missing stuff when I'm at work. Started going to the gym at 5am just to have some me time but then I'm tired all day. How do you guys manage the mental load without losing your mind?
New management changes everything. The intensity you're feeling at work is temporary but it can make the home stress feel worse. Can you set any boundaries with work time?
