Hybrid schedule is actually working for us

Been doing three days in office two days remote for 6 months now and honestly it's the sweet spot. I get the office collaboration stuff but still pick up my kid from school twice a week which changes everything. He knows I'll be there on Wednesdays and Fridays. Boss is happy, I'm happy, kids are happy. Might be the best arrangement I've had in my career.

Six months in is enough time to really know if something works. The fact that you're still happy with it says a lot. Most people would've complained by now.

That three-two split seems like the goldilocks zone honestly. You get some collaboration and office culture stuff but still have that flexibility for when life happens. Glad you found what works.
