Just came back from 12 weeks paternity leave and wow
Got back to the office Monday after my full 12 weeks and man it was weird. But also I got to see my daughter for literally every milestone those first 3 months. First real smile, first time rolling over, all of it. My wife got actual rest instead of going crazy alone with a newborn. Yeah my inbox was chaos but honestly best decision we made. Company was fine without me. My family needed me more. Worth it 100%.
Lucky dude. That's the dream right there. Did you struggle with the transition or was it kind of a relief to have some structure again?
