Just came back from paternity leave and already regretting it

I took 6 weeks off when my second was born and man, it was amazing. Now I'm back in meetings 8 hours a day and barely see my kids before bed. My boss is already piling on projects. How do you guys handle the transition back? Feeling guilty and resentful.
