Just got approved for 3 months paternity leave and I'm terrified

So the company actually came through and approved my request for 3 months when the baby comes in May. Everyone keeps congratulating me but honestly I'm freaking out. How am I supposed to step away for that long without my projects falling apart? I'm already thinking about all the emails piling up and the new client onboarding in June. My boss said not to worry about it but that doesn't help my brain right now. Anyone else been through this? Does the guilt go away?

That terror is totally normal man. I took 3 months when my first was born and I remember feeling the same way, but honestly it goes by so fast you'll wish you had more time with the little one.
