Just got back from paternity leave and feeling guilty AF

So I took 6 weeks when my second kid was born and it was amazing but now I'm back at work and my wife is handling everything again. I feel like I abandoned her. I try to jump in soon as I get home but she's exhausted and I can tell she just wants me to take stuff off her plate but I'm fried from work too. Anyone else deal with this guilt? How do you balance it?
