Just got back from paternity leave and I'm already drowning

Took 8 weeks and now I'm back at the office full time. My inbox has 847 emails. My daughter just started daycare and the adjustment is brutal. My wife is dealing with the morning routine alone because I'm commuting again. Feeling like I'm failing at both work and home right now. Anyone else struggle with that first week back? Does it get easier?
