Just got laid off and I'm trying not to panic

They let me go today out of nowhere. I've got a 4 year old and a newborn at home and my wife's maternity leave is ending next month. My severance package gives me maybe 6 months of expenses if we're careful. I'm trying to stay positive but the anxiety is real. Anyone been through this? What should my first moves be? I'm freaking out.
