Just got offered a promotion but it requires more travel. Trying to figure out if it's worth it.

So I've been in my current role for 3 years and management just offered me a promotion to regional manager. More money, better title, the whole thing. But here's the catch - it would require about 40% travel which is double what I do now. My youngest just turned 5 and my oldest is in third grade. I feel like this is the window where they actually want me around, you know? But also I think about providing better for them long term and career advancement doesn't wait forever. Has anyone made this trade off? Did you regret it? I keep going back and forth every hour.
