Just got offered remote work 2 days a week. Should I take it?

Been at my company for 5 years in office full time. Manager just offered me the chance to go remote Tuesday and Wednesday. Money's the same. I'm tempted because I could skip the commute those days and see the kids at lunch, but I'm also worried about how it looks career-wise. Anyone made this move? Did it hurt you or help?

Take it. Working from home two days lets you actually be present instead of exhausted from commuting. My sticker chart motivation hack works way better when I'm not dead on the couch.

That's a solid win. Even two days home cuts your commute in half and you get back lunch time with the family. Same pay with more flexibility is a no-brainer.
