Just had the talk with my boss about coming back part-time - terrified

Following up on my earlier post where I was stressing about this. I finally did it. Proposed going 4 days/week starting next quarter. My boss didn't say no, which I guess is good? But he didn't say yes either, said he needs to "explore it with the team." Now I'm spiraling about whether I seem uncommitted or lazy or like I don't take my job seriously. My wife is like "you literally work 60+ hours a week, this is normal," but it doesn't feel normal. Trying to just breathe and wait for the decision but ngl the anxiety is eating me alive.
