Just realized I haven't taken a real vacation in 3 years

Had a wake-up call recently. My buddy mentioned planning a week away with his family in August and I realized I literally can't remember the last time we took more than a long weekend. Between work demands and the constant guilt about taking time off, I just... haven't.

Booked a week at the beach in June. Not even a fancy place, just an Airbnb. Trying to figure out how to actually disconnect while I'm there though—any tips? My boss will definitely try to reach out.
