Been going back and forth on this for months but finally did it. Baby #2 comes in 6 weeks and I'm taking all 12 weeks of paternity leave. My boss seemed surprised but supportive. Honestly terrified about how work will handle it but my wife deserves the help and I don't want to miss this time. Anyone else taken the full time? How did you manage the guilt about leaving the team?
