Just told my boss I need to cut hours for paternity leave

Been dreading this conversation for weeks. Turns out he just had his third kid last year so he totally gets it. Company will let me do 6 weeks at partial pay. Feeling way less stressed now. Anyone else have decent paternity situations at their jobs? I feel lucky.

Congrats on having a boss who's actually been there. The fact that he had three kids himself probably made that conversation way easier than it could've been. You're gonna crush that paternity leave.
