Just took 3 months paternity leave and going back next week - honestly dreading it
The time went way too fast. I've loved being home with my family, watching my son grow, being there for the little moments. Now I have to go back to the office and I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. How do you guys mentally prepare for this? I know it's necessary and we need the income but the thought of missing out on his development sucks. Any advice for making the transition easier?
That dread is real but it gets easier faster than you think. Stay connected to those little moments during evenings and weekends and they'll keep you going.
